how we protect them — and what we will never do.
Nothing is sent without you
Unity prepares. You approve. Every message, every payment, every irreversible action waits for your decision — always. Reading and drafting happen on their own; sending never does.
Encrypted, per customer
Your credentials are encrypted with a key that belongs to your account alone. A breach on one account cannot reach another. We never see your passwords in clear text.
Your data stays in Europe
Your database, your files and your agents all run in Frankfurt, Germany. We are a Swiss company. Your data is never used to train any model — not ours, not anyone else's.
Full transparency
Every action taken by Unity or your agents is logged, timestamped and visible to you. You can export everything, or delete everything, at any time — without asking us.
Who we work with
We keep this list short on purpose. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement.
